Piazza Gae Aulenti hosted the Milano Moda Donna spring/summer 2018 Fashion Hub. The square is emblem of the new Milan and the new and a fast growing luxury shopping zone. The move also reflects the evolution of the city itself and, as well as offering operators a still unfamiliar skyline, retains a number of logistics advantages linked to the fashion show venues and many of the hotels used by journalists and buyers.
The UniCredit Pavilion was the centre of the Fashion Hub. The building accommodated the accreditation desk, the Press Office, the Photographers’ Room, the VIP Lounge and the Sponsors’ Areas. It also provided an exciting setting for the Fashion Hub Market, a new project in support of emerging brands.
Spazio Cavallerizze was the new Milano Moda Donna location at Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia, it is the result of an important work of conservation intervention and urban regeneration. The area (17,222 sq ft) presented a fashion hall and two spaces for presentations.
Thanks to support from Milan’s city administration, Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana once again opened up the doors of the Sala delle Cariatidi (in Palazzo Reale) for fashion shows. This very special “Fashion Show Room” features some forty 18th century sculptures depicting mythological figures.
Fabbrica del vapore
Fabbrica del Vapore was the new Milano Moda Donna location, thanks to our institutional partner Comune di Milano. The area presented a fashion hall and an exhibition space.
